Build your career with ThompsonGas! We will train you on everything you need to become an exceptional propane Delivery Driver or Service Technician.
Delivery Drivers will focus on training specific to
safety and making deliveries.
Service Technicians will focus on training specific to
installing tanks, maintenance/repair, responding to
service calls, along with safety.
While in training, you will be paid at your hourly rate for 40 hours per week.
We pay for you to get your CDL.
Up to $3,500 per year can be earned in Safety & Incentive Bonuses
Upon completion of ALL required training, you will receive a Completion Bonus.
After completing 1 year of service with us, you will earn a Retention Bonus.
You will receive a Sign-On Bonus on your first check with ThompsonGas.
Upon completing your training, you will automatically receive a pay increase.
Earn your CDL with endorsements and receive ANOTHER pay increase!
Reimbursement for relocation is available for select locations.
