Yes! My Energy Hub has a number of security measures designed to protect your information. In addition to enforcing a strong password policy and logging users out after a period of inactivity, we further protect your information with a combination of security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. 

Nope. You can always access the portal on your computer or tablet by clicking the login button at the top of the site. But if you have a smartphone and prefer using an app, you can download the My Energy Hub+ app for free on Google Play or the App Store.

It’s easy to get started with My Energy Hub. If you’re a new customer, all you’ll need is your account number, which can be found on one of your statements, and your billing ZIP code. If you’re an existing customer, just log in using your previous username and password.
