With Autopay, your bill is paid automatically from your bank account or charges your credit card of choice. To sign-up, simply log-in to your online account and enter the required information. If you don’t have an online account, go to My Account to enroll or call your local office.

After a propane delivery is made to your home, the account that is enrolled in AutoPay will have the balance due withdrawn 30 days after the delivery is made.
Yes! If you’re interested, you’ll need for Reli – the ThompsonGas metered propane solution. Once we install a meter at your property, we’ll be able to track how much propane you use every month, and only bill you for that usage. Reli pairs perfectly with AutoPay, and as an added bonus, you’ll no longer pay for delivery fees!

Nope. You can always access the portal to enroll in Autopay on your computer or tablet by clicking the login button at the top of the site. But if you have a smartphone and prefer using an app, you can download the My Energy Hub+ app for free on Google Play or the App Store, and enroll in AutoPay there.
