Our customers can use the My Energy Hub portal to quickly and securely make online propane payments, There are several options, choose what works for you. One time payment, AutoPay, Text To Pay, pay each time your bill is due, or schedule payments.

A tank monitor is one of the best ways to manage your propane. It sits on your tank and keeps track of your propane level. It reads and sends information to us let us know when your tank is ready for a delivery.
This gives you one less thing to worry about, with no need to check your tank or call to schedule a fill.
We will provide a tank monitor to eligible customers, included in your tank rent cost. If you own your own tank, we'd love to offer you a monitor as well! Give us a call.
Please note that tank monitors are not compatible with all tank sizes.
ThompsonGas Metered Propane lets you pay monthly for the propane you use, rather than paying for a full delivery at once. With automatic deliveries included, we’ll keep track of your propane supply and make sure your tank stays filled, giving you one less thing to worry about.
