"Though somewhat late, I believe it's important to let you know how fabulous your delivery men are. You find out some amazing things sitting around the campfire with your neighbors. Our last delivery this year was on 2/23/22, which happens to be the day of, or the day after a major snowstorm in this area. This storm particularly had high winds which resulted in significant snow drifts. Since we are retired and generally can wait a day before our driveway is plowed, our driveway was not yet plowed and there was a major snowdrift near our tank when your delivery truck showed up. Your guys still made the delivery, working thru deep snow and a huge snow drift. Our neighbors told us that they likely were stuck, hand shoveled a lot of snow and spent a fairly significant amount of time making this delivery. Please thank them for the extraordinary effort they made making this delivery."

"Miles Wiese, Service Technician in Tacoma, WA – Miles is awesome!!! Miles was extremely helpful when we had a small hole and propane leak in our pipe a couple months ago. He fixed the leak on a Saturday and spent some time with us to answer our questions and provide options for us to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. When he came back out last week to install a new pipe and new tanks he was very professional and made sure we understood how the multiple tanks function and where to turn off the gas if needed."
