Cinnamon No-Bake Snack Bars

Makes 6 bars

1/2 cup natural sunflower butter
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1 cup Cinnamon Rice Chex
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and
spread mixture evenly.

Press firmly down with a spoon to make sure everything sticks

Freeze for about an hour.

Cut into 6 bars and enjoy!

Keep refrigerated for up to a
a week or frozen for up to 3 months.

Modifications: Use regular Rice Chex or similar rice cereal.

Instead of sunflower butter and sunflower seeds, try it with almonds and almond butter or peanuts and
peanut butter.
